摘要

随着电力市场的快速发展,小水电站群作为电网中的重要组成部分,以区域集中控制和智能运维的管理模式,采取无人值班或关门运行的运维模式成为行业发展的必然趋势.针对小水电的现状、面临的难题等,通过对集中智能运维模式的需求、可行性评估、方案设计、系统部署和数据接入、运行试点、测试评估、完善组织体系、全面推广和应用等 8 个方面分析,探讨了小水电站集群如何实现集中控制和智能运维模式.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the electricity market,small hydropower station group,as an important compo-nent of the power grid,will adopt a management mode of regional centralized control and intelligent operation and main-tenance,and an unattended duty or closed-door operation mode,which has become an inevitable trend of the industry.Considering the current situation and the challenges faced by small hydropower stations,the centralized intelligent opera-tion and maintenance mode is discussed from various aspects including the requirements,feasibility assessment,scheme design,system deployment and data access,pilot operation,testing and evaluation,organization system improvement,and comprehensive promotion and application.The realization of the centralized control and intelligent operation and ma-intenance mode in small hydropower station group is then explored.
