柳树坪电站上导摆度超标原因分析与处理

针对柳树坪电站 1 号机组上导摆度超标的问题,经过对发电机部分的深入检查和分析,确定因上、下导轴承球面支柱磨损而造成机组上、下导轴承间隙偏大,使机组轴线偏离设计范围运转,致使机组运行时摆度过大.经研究决定新加工并更换上、下导轴承球面支柱,合理分配导轴承间隙.处理后开机进行稳定性试验表明,各项数据均满足标准要求.
Analysis and Treatment of Excessive Swinging of the Upper Guide Bearing in Liushuping Hydropower Station
In Liushuping Hydropower Station,excessive swinging of the upper guide bearing is observed in the No.1 u-nit.In-depth inspection and analysis of the generator show that the problem is caused by the wear of the spherical pillars of the upper and the lower guide bearings,which causes excessive clearance between them and the deviation of the unit axis from the design range during operation.The spherical pillars of the upper and the lower guide bearings are re-pro-cessed and replaced,and reasonable clearance of the guide bearings is allocated.Stability tests of the unit after treatment show that all operation data meet the specification requirement.
