摘要
随着我国水电工程项目建设程序政策法规的调整,以及工程档案专项验收要求的逐步提升,开展全过程、高质量的水电工程建设项目档案管理工作意义非凡.针对目前水电工程建设项目档案管理总体仍处于弱势状态与较多问题,根据从事水电工程建设项目档案管理工作多年的经验,通过梳理项目档案的特点和问题,从六大方面持续发力,针对性地提出了建立长效机制,完善管理体系的优化策略.
Abstract
With the adjustment of policies and regulations on the construction procedures of hydropower projects in Chi-na,as well as the gradual improvement of the special acceptance requirements on engineering archives,it is of great sig-nificance to carry out the whole-process and high-quality management of construction archives of hydropower projects.At present,the construction archive management of hydropower projects is still in a weak state and of various problems.Based on the experience in construction archive management of hydropower projects for many years,the characteristics and issues in the engineering archives are discussed.Then,optimization strategies are proposed from six different aspects to develop a long-term mechanism and improve the management system.
