隔河岩电厂水轮发电机组按照开机九大步执行流程.2022 年枯水年,隔河岩电厂的四号机组在开启导叶、机组转速上升的过程中,持续时间过长,超出所设定的整定值(40 s),从而使调速器系统发生空载故障停机.分别从接力器、机械回路和设备、水头三方面进行分析,提出了针对性解决方案,通过开机试验验证了该方案的可行性.
Optimization of the Start-up Strategy for the Governors in Geheyan Hydropower Plant
The start-up of the hydro-turbine generator units in Geheyan Hydropower Plant follows a nine-step procedure.In the dry year of 2022,the No.4 unit in the plant took excessive long start-up time which exceeds the setting value of 40 seconds in the guide vane opening and rotating speed increasing process,resulting in a no-load fault of the governor sys-tem and the shutdown of the unit.The fault is analyzed from various aspects including the servomotor,the mechanical circuit and equipment,and the water head.Targeted solution scheme is proposed accordingly.Then,the feasibility of the scheme is verified through start-up tests.
