隔河岩水电站低压空压机故障原因分析及改善措施

针对隔河岩电厂低压气系统A修期间无法满足用气需求的问题,提出了以下几种解决方式.将 1、2 号空压机打压失败判断时间延长为 6 min,在判定时间内完成打压;针对检修中用气量较大、工期较长,采用自备空压机及低压气罐保证电厂设备安全运行;针对转轮裂缝修复中大量持续用气的情况,与厂家沟通,保证一次用气时间控制在 7~8 min,暂停工作 2 min后继续用气.经 1 个多月低压气系统运行表明,上述措施可满足检修状态下工业用气及机组制动用气的需求.
Fault Analysis and Treatment Measures of the Low-pressure Air Compressor in Geheyan Hydropower Station
The low-pressure air system in Geheyan Hydropower Station cannot fulfill the demand during the A-level ma-intenance.Several solution schemes are proposed.The judgement time for the air compression failure of the 1#and 2#air compressors is extended to 6 minutes,so that the air compression can be completed within the judgment time.In re-sponse to the high air consumption and long operation time in the maintenance,self-provided air compressors and low-pressure air tanks are prepared to ensure the safe operation of the power plant equipment.In response to the continuous and large amount air consumption during the repair of the runner cracks,the compression air usage time at each time is controlled within 7 to 8 minutes after a communication with the manufacture,and 2 minutes pause is conducted before the air usage continues.Practical operation of the low-pressure air system for more than a month shows that the proposed measures can meet the compression air demand of maintenance and the unit braking requirement.
