大中型水电站厂用电系统接线复杂,备自投动作逻辑也不简单,同时还需考虑两级备自投之间的动作配合.针对某抽水蓄能电站10 kV及0.4 kV厂用电系统备自投的设计原则、动作逻辑等方面开展了研究,提出两级厂用电系统备自投间的定值及动作时间配合方案,可以保证电站厂用电系统的安全可靠运行.
Design and Realization of the Automatic Switchover Backup for Auxiliary Power System in a Pumped Storage Power Station
In large and medium scale hydropower stations,the wiring of the auxiliary power system is complex,and the action logic of the automatic switchover backup is also quite complicated.Also,the coordination between the actions of the two-level automatic switchover backups should be considered.A study is thus carried out on the design principles and the action logic of the automatic switchover backup for the 10 kV and 0.4 kV auxiliary power systems in a pumped stor-age power station.The setting values and the action time coordination scheme are proposed for the automatic switchover backups of the two-level auxiliary power systems,which can ensure the safe and reliable operation of the auxiliary power systems in the station.
