与围岩类别相适应的TBM掘进参数可有效提高其掘进效率.以洛宁抽水蓄能电站排水廊道开挖工程为依托,统计分析了TBM施工参数随时间的变化规律,进而采用回归分析法,探讨了围岩类别与掘进参数的相关性.通过对比现场开挖揭露的地质情况,表明TBM掘进参数与围岩岩性具有较强的相关性,可根据两者之间的相关关系确定与围岩类别相适应的TBM掘进参数.
Analysis of the TBM Excavation Parameters for Drainage Gallery in Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station
TBM excavation parameters that are suitable for the surrounding rock types can effectively improve its excava-tion efficiency.Based on the excavation project of the drainage gallery in Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station,the variation of the TBM construction parameters with time is statistically analyzed.Then,regression analysis method is a-dopted to explore the correlation between the surrounding rock types and the excavation parameters.By comparing the geological conditions revealed during the on-site excavation,it is shown that the TBM excavation parameters are of strong correlations with the surrounding rock characteristics.Thus,suitable TBM excavation parameters for the surrounding rock types can be determined based on the correlations.
