摘要

门机在水电站的发电、检修、维护等工作中起着重要作用.通过研制门机自动行驶安全管控系统,在水电站门机设备上多方位增设激光雷达、AI摄像机等,能够及时了解门机周围人员入侵及障碍物存在情况,提前进行报警、减速和停车,可有效降低作业过程中的安全风险,减少与防止安全事故的发生.

Abstract

Gantry crane plays an important role in the power generation,maintenance,and overhaul of hydropower sta-tions.An automatic travel safety control system for gantry cranes is developed.LiDAR and AI cameras are installed in multiple directions on the gantry crane to determine the intrusion of personnel and the presence obstacles around timely,and issue alarms,slow down or stop in advance.It can effectively reduce the safety risks during the operation and pre-vent the occurrence of safety accidents.
