Analysis of Cracks in the Fixed Windshield of Generators in a Hydropower Station
The performance of the cooling system is an important factor affecting the overall operation conditions of hydro-turbine generator units,which emit large amount of heat during operation.Considering the cooling mode of the hydro-turbine generator units in a hydropower station,and the installation position and function of the fixed windshield of the generators,possible causes of cracks in the windshield are analyzed in depth.Subsequent optimization and renovation methods are also discussed.It is of certain reference values for thorough solution of the problem and improvement of the operation reliability of the units.
