In the construction of wind power projects in mountainous areas,difficulties such as complex geological condi-tions,large-volume concrete pouring,lifting construction window design,and lightning protection and grounding need to be solved to ensure the construction management objectives and the investment return of the projects are achieved.From the perspectives of geology,construction,and electricity,the key points for the construction of wind power projects in complex mountainous areas are discussed.Key technologies and optimization schemes for survey,foundation,lifting,transportation,grounding,and other aspects of the construction management are proposed.Some typical construction management cases of overseas wind power projects in terraced and mountainous areas are compared and analyzed.Sug-gestions are provided for the organization design of the construction management.
