为了提高涢水流域洪涝灾害防御及综合监管能力,结合数字孪生流域建设要求,通过构建流域L1、L2、L3 级数据底板、水利和水文专业模型平台及基于专业与数据融合的知识平台,形成流域洪涝灾害防御"四预"业务系统;同时通过对流域管理现状及管理需求的梳理,形成流域河库智能监管系统.该系统的应用能够全面提升涢水流域洪涝灾害防御及河库监管的现代化、智能化水平,为流域系统治理数字孪生平台建设提供参考案例.
Application of Digital Twin System in Yunshui River Basin based on Water Security
To improve the flood disaster prevention and comprehensive supervision abilities of the Yunshui River basin,and in accordance with the requirements of the construction of digital twin river basin systems,a river basin flood pre-vention business system with"forecast,early warning,rehearsal and contingency plan"functions is established by con-structing the L1,L2 and L3 level data baseboards,hydraulic and hydrological professional model platforms,and knowl-edge platforms based on professional data infusion.Also,with the analysis of the current management situation and the management requirements of the river basin,an intelligent monitoring system is established for the river and reservoirs in the river basin.The application of the system can comprehensively improve the flood prevention ability of the Yunshui River basin,and the modernization and intelligence level of the river and reservoirs.It can be useful reference for the construction of digital twin platforms in the systematic governance of river basins.
