Promotion of the"New Energy+Ecological Management"Mode in the Development of Wind and Photovoltaic Power Bases in Desert,Gobi,Wasteland,and Coal Mining Subsidence Areas
The development of large-scale new energy bases has become an important measure to ensure the energy sup-ply security,promote the green and low-carbon development and realize the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals of China.Based on the integrated development practice of"new energy+ecological management"mode in China Three Gorges Corporation,this article analyzes the strategic significance and comprehensive benefits of carrying out new energy projects with ecological restoration benefits in areas with land desertification and coal mining subsidence.In response to the problems in the"new energy+ecological management"mode,relevant policy suggestions are proposed.It can be useful reference for the coordinated development of new energy and ecological environment protection.
