Construction of Digital Twin Intelligent Pumped Storage Power Stations and Application of Intelligent Maintenance
In the operation and maintenance of pumped storage power stations,various problems are encountered such as complex equipment,variable operating conditions,and high maintenance costs.Thus,a digital twin intelligent pumped storage power station system is proposed and constructed.The key business capabilities of the digital twin intelligent pumped storage power station are introduced,and its typical applications are analyzed.Practical application of the devel-oped digital twin intelligent pumped storage power station maintenance system shows that the digital twin technology can significantly improve the operation efficiency and management level of the stations,and save 30%of the labor costs.It also improves the maintenance accuracy and efficiency,with the fault diagnosis efficiency increased by 50%.
