水轮机调速器作为水电站的重要设备,其故障直接影响到水轮发电机组及电力系统的安全稳定运行和经济效益.水轮机调节系统的故障,主要表现在电气、机械、液压三方面,其中机械、液压系统故障约占调速器故障的 60%以上.通过分析调速器机械故障、液压渗漏的原因,并对系统管路、阀件及密封进行改造和优化,可有效消除机组在运行过程中存在的隐患,切实提高设备的可靠性及稳定性.
Optimization and Renovation of the Mechanical Hydraulic System in Hydro-turbine Governors
Hydro-turbine governor is an important equipment in hydropower stations.Governor faults will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the hydro-turbine units and the power system and the economic benefits.Faults in hydro-turbine governing system are mainly manifested in electrical,mechanical and hydraulic aspects,among which mechani-cal and hydraulic system faults account for more than 60%.Various causes of mechanical faults and hydraulic leakage problems in governors are analyzed.Corresponding renovation and optimization measures of the pipelines,valves and seals of the system are proposed,which can effectively eliminate the potential operational hazards of the units and im-prove the reliability and stability of the equipment.
