摘要

针对传统水利建设项目仅仅进行"技术经济"两因素比较的不足,采用了基于生态效益定量计算的"技术、生态、经济"三因素比选法,对竹银水源工程软土坝基处理的 3 种设计方案进行比选,按照技术可靠、生态优先、经济合理的原则确定了全部挖除+帷幕和固结灌浆的坝基处理方案为最优方案,实现节能减排生态效益 996.7 万元,节约投资 2 659.84万元.

Abstract

Traditionally,only the technical and economic factors are considered in the selection of construction schemes for water conservancy projects.In Zhuyin Water Source Project,a"technical,ecological,and economic"three factor comparison method based on quantitative calculation of ecological benefits is adopted to compare three soft soil dam foun-dation treatment schemes.According to the principles of technical reliability,ecological priority,and economic rationali-ty,the optimal scheme with complete excavation plus curtain and consolidation grouting is selected.The scheme achieves ecological benefit in energy-saving and emission reduction of 9.967 million yuan and saves investment of 26.5984 million yuan.
