叶巴滩水电站坝肩槽爆破开挖参数研究

针对叶巴滩水电站坝肩槽开挖爆破工程,在岩性及节理构造相似地段开展预裂爆破试验,基于爆破振动、岩体损伤及轮廓面成型控制,优选爆破参数,并应用于坝肩槽部位.结果表明,主爆孔间排距 2.8 m×2.8 m,缓冲孔间排距2.0 m×2.8 m,预裂孔间距 0.7 m,预裂孔线装药密度 440 g/m时,爆破振动及岩体损伤均满足工程要求,轮廓面成型效果较好.研究成果可供坝肩槽开挖爆破控制参考.
On the Blasting Excavation Parameters for Dam Abutment Slots in Yebatan Hydropower Station
For the blasting excavation work of the dam abutment slots in Yebatan Hydropower Station,pre-splitting blas-ting experiments are carried out in areas with similar rock characters and joint structures.Based on the experimental re-sults in blasting vibration,rock mass damage,and contour forming control,optimal blasting parameters are determined and applied in the abutment slot areas.The results show that with the main blasting hole spacing of 2.8 m×2.8 m,the buffer hole spacing of 2.0 m×2.8 m,the pre-splitting hole spacing of 0.7 m,and the line charge density of the pre-split-ting holes of 440 g/m,the blasting vibration and the rock mass damage can fulfill the requirements,and the contour forming performance is satisfactory.The results can be useful reference for the excavation blasting control of abutment slots.
