基于超声波测流法的水斗式水轮机效率试验研究

以某电站水斗式水轮机为例,采用超声波测流法,对机组喷针头和喷针及折向器碟簧改造前后进行了效率试验,根据试验数据分析得出的水轮机效率曲线.结果表明,改造前后机组的绝对效率变化趋势基本一致,其效率值和经济性能均有一定程度的提升,利用超声波法进行的机组效率试验,结果正确可信.研究成果可为后续机组安全经济运行提供技术支持.
Experimental Study of the Efficiency of Pelton Turbine based on Ultrasonic Flow Measurement Method
Taking the Pelton turbine in a hydropower station as an example,ultrasonic flow measurement method is a-dopted to conduct the efficiency tests of the unit before and after the renovation of the nozzle head and the deflector disc spring.The efficiency curve of the turbine is obtained based on the experimental data.The results show that the variation trend of the absolute efficiency of the unit before and after the renovation is basically consistent,while the efficiency and the economic performance are improved.The efficiency test results with the ultrasonic flow measurement method are cor-rect and reliable.It can provide technical support for the safe and economic operation of subsequent units.
