引江补汉工程大口径活塞阀流动特性研究

针对引江补汉工程可行性研究阶段拟采用活塞式流量调节阀作为有压自流输水系统流量调节设备,采用CFD软件,模拟计算获得各控制工况下活塞式流量调节阀内的压力分布、流速分布及水力特征,得到了该大口径活塞式流量调节阀在各设计工况下的Q-H特性曲线及阀门的开度-水损-流量曲线.计算结果表明:大口径活塞阀能够满足流量调节的需求.
Study on Internal Flow Characteristics of Large Diameter Piston Valve in the Yangtze-Hanjiang River Diversion Project
In the feasibility study stage of the Yangtze-Hanjiang River Diversion Project,it is proposed to use a large di-ameter piston valve as the flow regulating equipment for the pressurized self flowing water delivery system.The water flow field and the hydraulic characteristics of differant discharges inside the piston valve are analyzed based on CFD software numerical simulation.The Q-H characteristic curve and valve opening water loss flow curve of the piston type valve un-der various design conditions are obtained.The numerical simulation results indicate that large-diameter piston valve can meet the flow regulation requirements for this project.
