Key Technologies for the Horizontality Control of Jacket Foundation Construction in Offshore Wind Power Projects
Horizontality is a key factor affecting the stable operation of wind turbines.The horizontality control is thus an important quality control indicator for the construction of jacket foundation in offshore wind power projects.Taking the jacket foundation construction work in an offshore wind power project in Xiangshan sea area as an example,the construc-tion processes of the pile foundation is introduced,including the pile foundation measurement and data feedback,pile cover removal,internal cleaning of the steel pipe piles,lifting and installation of the jackets,and leveling and fixing of the jackets.Key technologies for the horizontality control are summarized,which can meet the requirements of the con-struction.The technologies can serve as useful reference for the construction of similar jacket foundations.
