Current Situation,Hotspots and Development Trends of Sports Intellectual Property Rights Research in China
Sports activities contain huge intangible intellectual labor achievements,and the protection of sports-related intellectual prop-erty rights is gradually receiving attention.Taking the 381 sports intellectual property-related core literature on China Knowledge Net-work as the research object,it sorted out the status quo,hotspots and development trend of sports intellectual property research in Chi-na in the past 20 years,and used CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software to visualize and analyze the data.It is found that the research institutions gradually change from sports colleges to comprehensive colleges as well as political and legal colleges,but there is a lack of coopera-tion among institutions,the research hotspots are concentrated in sports copyright,sports events and sports law,and the focus is re-flected in the protection of intellectual property rights in the sports industry.It is suggested that the research on sports intellectual prop-erty rights in China should increase horizontal cooperation among research institutions;in terms of the legal system,it is suggested that the Law of the PRC on Physical Culture and Sportsshould be refined.
