Effects of Learning Stressors on Study Burnout of Full-time Pysical Education Graduate Students
Objective To explore the relationship between challenging stressors and obstructive stressors and the burnout of full-time physical education students.Methods A survey of 415 full-time challenging and obstructive stressor,burnout,coping and psychological resilience scales in Guangdong province.1)Challenging learning stressors had no significant effect on learning burnout,while hindering learning stressors had a significant positive effect on learning burnout.2)Challenging learning stressors have a negative impact on learning burnout through the complete mediation of positive coping,and hindering learning stressors have a positive impact on learning burnout through the partial mediation of negative coping.3)Psychological resilience negatively regulates the relationship between obstructive learning stressors and learning burnout.Results Compared with students with high psychological resilience,students with low psychological resilience have a stronger positive impact on learning burnout.This study expands the application scope of the two-dimensional structure theory of stressors,and provides a reference for the intervention of physical education postgraduate study burnout.
