智能手机传感器技术监测体力活动的研究进展

智能手机作为现代非常普及的电子设备,具有强大的功能.从运动识别和分类以及不同佩戴位置算法体系的发展,分析智能手机监测身体活动存在的挑战,为智能手机更普及、更准确、更稳定的监测身体活动促进健康水平提供理论依据.研究发现,使用智能手机监测人体活动、衡量身体活动水平、间接估计能量消耗,对于智能手机放置位置和方向的要求越来越小.但是智能手机进行身体活动的监测存在准确进行动作识别和能量消耗预测的挑战,同时算法模型的跨平台的稳定性兼容性以及电池电量的持久性都存在挑战.在未来的研究中,还需注重新型传感元件的开发、根据运动需要进行传感器的管理以及和新型技术的融合,建立适合个性化的运动能耗预测计模型,以及针对进行体力活动的人群准确监测.
Advances in Smartphone Sensor Technology for Monitoring Physical Activity
Smartphones,as very popular electronic devices in modern times,have powerful functions.From the development of motion recognition and classification and algorithmic systems for different wearing positions,we analyze the challenges of monitoring physical activity with smartphones,and provide a theoretical basis for more popular,accurate,and stable monitoring of physical activity for health promotion levels with smartphones.It was found that the use of smartphones for monitoring physical activity,measuring physical activity levels,and indirectly estimating energy expenditure requires less and less location and orientation of smartphone placement.However,there are challenges in accurately performing action recognition and energy expenditure prediction for physical activity moni-toring with smartphones,as well as the stability compatibility of the algorithmic model across platforms and the durability of the battery power.In future research,there is a need to focus on the development of new sensing elements,the management of sensors according to the needs of movement,and the integration of new technologies to build personalized energy consumption prediction models for move-ment and accurate monitoring of physically active people.
