Research on the Holistic Governance of Rural Public Sports Services in China
Objective The degree of cooperation between the participating subjects is an important basis for promoting the efficient governance of rural public sports services,and clarifying the logical relationship between the governance subjects and the service aims to help improve the effectiveness of rural public sports services.Methods Literature method was used to screen the keywords public sports service and rural public sports service governance in the CNKI Database to analyze the literature.Results The dilemmas in the holistic governance of rural public sports services in China include the imbalance of hierarchical power and responsibility at the organi-zational level,the single governing body at the subject level,the fragmented digital network at the technological level,the imbalance of resource allocation at the supply and demand level,and the lagging governance concept at the value level.In order to improve the quality of rural public sports services from the perspective of holistic governance,it should use information technology as the means of governance,coordination,integration and trust as the key governance mechanism.Conclusion It should build a hierarchical inter-gov-ernmental relationship to enhance the efficiency of service organization,establish a digital information network to optimize the level of service management,improve the allocation of service resources and strengthen the protection of service elements,create a multi-faceted consultative system and complete the service monitoring system,and deepen the concept of holistic governance to enhance the villagers'happiness index.
