Aerobic Combined Resistance Exercise Can Reduce the Level of Endothelial Injury and Inflammation in Patients with Abnormal Arteries
Objective To investigate the effects of 24-week aerobic combined anti-resistance exercise on endothelial injury and inflam-mation in patients with abnormal arteries, and to compare the anti-inflammatory value of ICAM-1,hs-CRP,TNF-α and HCY.Methods 30 patients with abnormal arteries were randomly divided into control group and aerobic combined resistance exercise group.Glucose and lipid metabolism indexes, vascular function indexes and inflammation levels were measured before and after the experi-ment.Results 1)After 24 weeks of exercise intervention,TC,TG,bilateral ABI,hs-CRP and HCY in aerobic combined resistance exercise group were significantly decreased compared with those before the experiment(p<0.05).LDL-C,FBG,GSP,SBP,bilateral baPWV,ICAM-1 and TNF-α were significantly decreased(p<0.01).HDL-C was significantly increased(p<0.01).2)baPWV was positively correlated with TC,TG,FINS,SBP,HCY,ICAM-1 and hs-CRP(p<0.05).ABI was positively correlated with FINS and negatively correlated with HDL-C(p<0.05).3)TNF-α has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing exercise to improve inflamma-tion levels. Conclusion 24 weeks of aerobic combined anti-resistance exercise can significantly reduce blood glucose and blood lipid concentration in patients with arterial abnormalities, improve vascular endothelial function and inflammation level.baPWV and ABI were significantly correlated with the improvement of cardiovascular risk factors and inflammatory factors. The reduction of serum TNF-α has a better diagnostic value in evaluating the anti-inflammatory effects of exercise.
