On the progress of promoting the modernization of China's sports governance capacity,it have studied the origins,contents,governance characteristics of Uniting the Movement,which has fundamental historical significance and realistic value.The origin of U-niting the Movement can be divided into five aspects such as inherent multiculturalism and the evolution of a society in search of equi-ty.The content of Uniting the Movement covers the sections of vision,mission,three key objectives,guiding principles and so on.Its practical features can be summarised as seven dimensions,including pluralism and equality-proactive voices and principled respons-es,comprehensive recovery-good governance support in the context of the epidemic,self creation-deepening exploration of collab-orative governance models,digital empowerment-data driven sports development,communication and promotion-active mobilisation both internally and externally,feeding the future-strengthening the provision of P.E.,active environment-environmental sports and active construction of sports cities.The inspirations covers five dimensions including strengthening the promotion of equalization and quality of public sports services with relative poverty ananlysis and meta-governance enhancement.
