Digital Empowerment of Rural Public Sports Service Value Implication,Dilemma and Optimization Path
The continuous development of public sports services in rural areas has an important practical role in promoting national fitness and contributing to the strategy of rural revitalization.In this paper,using the methods of literature and logic analysis,the value implication,realistic dilemma and optimization path of the digital empowered rural public sports service are analyzed from the perspec-tive of digital empowerment.According to the study:Digital technology empowers rural public sports services from the policy mecha-nism,infrastructure,digital technology,digital talents and other aspects of rural public sports services.However,the relevant policies of digital empowered rural areas have difficulties such as lack of top-level design,lack of rural digital infrastructure,block of rural digital information sharing and integration function,and lack of talents in digital empowered rural public sports services.Based on this,it is necessary to improve the top-level system design of relevant policies for digitally empowered rural public sports services,ac-celerate the construction of infrastructure for digitally empowered rural public sports services,optimize the construction of digital em-powered rural public sports service platforms,and enhance the training of composite talents for digitally empowered rural public sports services.Effectively guarantee and accelerate the development of public sports services in rural areas.
