Effect and Mechanism of Low-volume High-intensity Interval Training on Coronary Heart Disease Rehabilitation
Based on the previous research results on the application of high-intensity interval training in coronary heart disease reha-bilitation,the latest study found that by reducing the dose of exercise, patients with CHD can also obtain good rehabilitation benefits.Low-volume high-intensity interval training(LV-HIIT)can also benefit patients with coronary heart disease because of its low invest-ment and high return.Compared with traditional training, the lower mode has better safety, and it can reverse vascular damage,en-hance the pumping function of the heart, and improve oxygen utilization. However, the existing studies still have problems in the set-ting of the intervention program, such as the exercise intensity setting domain, etc.A more in-depth study of the advantages and dis-advantages of the LV-HIIT and its mechanism of action can provide a reference for its promotion and clinical application.
