大学生对移动健身APP持续使用意愿影响因素研究——基于结构方程模型的实证分析

目的 选择J市大学生作为调查对象,探究用户对移动健身APP持续使用意愿的影响因素.方法 采用PPS抽样、配额抽样、随机抽样相结合的方法,对J市不同层次高校及学生进行抽样调查.结果 期望确认对满意度的正相关系数最大为0.666,其次是期望确认对感知有用性的正相关系数为0.614,满意度对持续使用意愿的正相关系数为0.520,感知有用性对满意度正相关系数为0.329.结论 用户满意度直接正向影响移动健身APP的用户持续使用意愿;期望确认和感知有用性均直接正向影响用户满意度,期望确认正向影响感知有用性;服务质量和感知娱乐性正向影响期望确认,且服务质量正向影响感知有用性;感知娱乐性、服务质量、感知有用性、期望确认均间接影响用户持续使用意愿.最后从提升用户满意度、强化期望确认与感知有用性和提高服务质量与感知娱乐性3个层面分别提出对策建议.
Research on Factors Influencing College Students'Willingness to Continuously Use Mo-bile Fitness Apps:Empirical Analysis Based on Structural Equation Modelling
Objective To select college students in J city as the survey object to investigate the influencing factors of users'willingness to use mobile fitness APP continuously.Methods A combination of PPS sampling,quota sampling and random sampling was used to sample different levels of colleges and students in J city.Results The positive correlation coefficient of expectation confirmation on sat-isfaction was the largest at 0.666,followed by the positive correlation coefficient of expectation confirmation on perceived usefulness at 0.614,the positive correlation coefficient of satisfaction on the willingness to continue to use at 0.520,and the positive correlation co-efficient of perceived usefulness on satisfaction at 0.329.Conclusion User satisfaction directly and positively affects the user's intention to continue to use the mobile fitness APP;expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness both directly and positively affect user satisfaction,and expectation confirmation positively affects perceived usefulness;service quality and perceived recreation positively af-fect expectation confirmation,and service quality positively affects perceived usefulness;perceived recreation,service quality,per-ceived usefulness,and expectation confirmation all indirectly affect users'willingness to continue using.Finally,countermeasures are proposed to enhance user satisfaction,strengthen expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness,and improve service quality and perceived entertainment.
