Theoretical Connotation,Modeling Framework and Implications of Career Transition of Foreign Athletes
Athletes'career transition is not only related to athletes'own development,but also closely related to the sustainable de-velopment of competitive sports in China.Adopting the literature method,it summarise the relevant literature on foreign athletes'career transition and find that the content of foreign athletes'career transition model is deepening and the path of athletes'career transition is becoming more and more diversified,and these theoretical results also provide inspiration for the research on athletes'career transition in China,and it should make efforts to consolidate the theoretical system of athletes'career transition on the basis of the original foun-dation,and at the same time,vigorously push forward the assistance of athletes'career transition.
