Research on the Balanced Development of Basic Public Sports Services in China:Analysis of the Connotation and Path of Promotion Based on Balanced Development
Objective To improve the balance and accessibility of sports public services,meet the diversified sports needs of all re-gions and groups,and improve the public sports service system,so as to realize people's sports rights and interests and fairness and justice.Methods This study takes the promotion of the balanced development of basic public sports services as the starting point,and uses the literature method and logical analysis method to analyze and study the connotation and value significance,practical dilemma and promotion path of the balanced development of basic public sports services.Conclusion Balanced development is an upgrade and expansion of equalized development,which not only emphasizes ensuring minimum standards,but also pays more attention to the im-provement of high-quality supply and service quality.However,due to the influence of factors such as imperfect laws and policies,in-sufficient participation of multiple subjects,and defects of the standardization system,the supply and service quality of sports public services are unbalanced among regions,urban and rural areas,and groups.In view of this,focusing on promoting the balanced devel-opment of basic public sports services,with the goal of promoting high-quality supply and improving service quality,eight specific countermeasures are put forward from three dimensions:the construction of laws and regulations,the construction of multiple partici-pation mechanisms and the construction of standardization.
