摘要
净水厂是关系城市、居民生活的城市基础设施,其安全稳定运行至关重要.自动化控制系统则是净水厂的核心中枢,其通过自动化手段对净水处理生产各环节中的各项工艺技术指标进行连续检测,并将相关数据实时推送给自动控制系统,控制系统根据在线检测的结果对生产工艺设备进行及时调整,以确保净水厂安全可靠、稳定的开展水生产作业.本研究通过对某净水厂自动化控制系统的设计和研究,为同类工程建设提供了一定参考.
Abstract
Water purification plants are urban infrastructure that affects the lives of cities and res-idents,and the safe and stable operation is crucial.The automation control system of a water purification plant is the core hub.It continuously detects the indicators of various stages of wa-ter purification production through automation methods,and pushes relevant data in real-time to the automatic control system.The control system adjusts the production process equipment in a timely manner based on the results of online testing to ensure the safe,reliable,and stable pro-duction of the water purification plant.This study provides a certain reference for similar engi-neering construction by designing and researching the automation control system of a certain wa-ter purification plant.
