摘要
数实融合背景下数字道路建设应运而生,为探讨数字道路最优建设模式,文章首先分析数字道路的演变历程,总结数字道路的特征,并提出数字道路的应用场景.接着,对于数字道路几种常见的建设模式进行对比分析,从项目所有权归属、数据价值、体系安全等方面综合考虑认为PPP模式中的BOT模式可以作为数字道路的最优建设模式.研究结果有利于优化数字道路等新基建项目的建设模式,为政府决策提供依据,提高项目的建设效率和运营质量.
Abstract
The construction of digital roads has emerged in the context of data real integration.To explore the optimal construction mode of digital roads,the article first analyzes the evolution process of digital roads,summarizes the characteristics of digital roads,and proposes application scenarios for digital roads.Then,it compares and analyzes several common construction modes of digital roads,and considers BOT mode in PPP mode as the optimal construction mode of digital roads from the aspects of project ownership,data value,system security,etc.The research results are conducive to optimizing the construction mode of New Infrastructure projects such as digital roads,providing basis for government decision-making,and improving the construction efficien-cy and operation quality of projects.
