为推动城市轨道交通高质量发展,全国各地城市轨道交通将智慧车站建设作为新建城市轨道交通的重要引领.近年来,为解决乘客在票务处理,信息问询,客服应用等方面的需求,城市轨道交通智能客服系统发展迅速.通过新线建设采购,以及既有线升级改造,智能客服系统功能不断完善,逐步取代人工服务工作,同时有效降低了轨道交通企业的运营成本.智能客服系统是智慧车站重要组成部分,为轨道交通车站实现站厅无人值守提供技术支撑.文章结合轨道交通智能客服系统设计、终端设备介绍、技术应用以及既有线路智能客服中心改造效果等,探讨城市轨道交通基于站厅无人值守车站的智能客服系统的设计、核心技术及智慧服务应用解决方案等.
Research on the application of intelligent service system based on unat-tended station
In order to promote the high-quality development of urban rail transit,urban rail tran-sit across the country regards the construction of smart stations as an important guide for new urban rail transit.In recent years,in order to solve the needs of passengers in ticket processing,information inquiry,customer service application and other aspects,the urban rail transit intelli-gent customer service system has developed rapidly.Through the construction and procurement of new lines and the upgrading of existing wires,the functions of the intelligent customer serv-ice system have been continuously improved,gradually replacing manual service work,and ef-fectively reducing the operating costs of rail transit enterprises.The Intelligent service system is an important part of intelligent station.providing technical support for the rail transit station to realize unattended station hall.This paper introduces and discusses the design,main functional technology and service application solutions of Intelligent service system based on unattended station,combining the design and application of rail transit,the current application of Intelligent service system and the transformation effect of intelligent service center of existing lines.
