摘要

常规的运营商通信工程建设项 目管理主要使用三方责任主体原则确定管理权责关系,易受项 目建设导向因素影响,导致建设项目部分管理指标不合格,因此,需要在BIM应用下,设计一种全新的运营商通信工程建设项目管理方法.即利用BIM技术生成了通信工程建设项目管理流程,构建了运营商通信工程建设项目成熟度管理模型,设计了运营商通信工程建设项目管理指标体系,从而完成了通信工程建设项目管理.实验结果表明,设计的基于BIM的运营商通信工程建设项目管理方法的管理指标均合格,管理效果较好,具有可靠性,有一定的应用价值,为降低通信工程建设项 目风险作出了一定的贡献.

Abstract

Conventional operator communication engineering construction project management mainly uses the principle of tripartite responsibility to determine the relationship between man-agement rights and responsibilities,which is susceptible to the influence of project construction guidance factors,leading to the unqualified management indicators of some construction pro-jects.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new management method for operator communication engineering construction projects under the application of BIM.In other words,BIM technology is used to generate the communication engineering construction project management process,build the maturity management model of the operator's communication engineering construc-tion projcct,design the management index system of the operator's communication engineering construction project,and thus complete the management of the communication engineering con-struction project.The experimental results show that the designed BIM-based management method for operators'communication engineering construction projects has qualified manage-ment indicators,good management effect,reliability,and certain application value,and has made a certain contribution to reducing the risk of communication engineering construction projects.
