摘要
民航电报是民航行业内唯一全球公认的信息交互载体,对民航的日常运行起着至关重要的作用.自动转报系统是保障我国民航业生产运行的重要系统,其作用为存储、转发民用航空器飞行相关的空管电报数据.系统的持续运行,必然伴随着更新换代.文章将以2022年西南地区空管局转报系统升级项目为基础,以"尽量短的业务中断时间,尽量少的用户影响"为 目标,探究、设计出一套高可靠的系统升级方案.
Abstract
Civil aviation telegraphy is the only globally recognized information exchange carrier in the civil aviation industry,playing a crucial role in the daily operation of civil aviation.The automatic transmission system is an important system for ensuring the production and operation of China's civil aviation industry.Its function is to store and forward air traffic control telegram data related to civil aircraft flight.The continuous operation of the system is inevitably accompa-nied by updates and upgrades.This article,based on the 2022 Southwest Air Traffic Manage-ment Bureau's report system upgrade project,with the goal of"minimizing business interrup-tion time and user impact",will explore and design a highly reliable system upgrade plan.
