Abstract
With the rapid development of telecom industry,telecom operators are facing increas-ingly fierce market competition.In order to better meet customer needs and improve service quality,operators urgently need a way to fully understand their customers.This research paper proposes a concept called the 3*3 customer view,which aims to solve this problem.The 3*3 customer view covers connectivity,endpoints,applications,and AI intelligence integration,pro-viding operators with valuable insights into customer preferences,behavior,and potential value.
