摘要

随着电信行业的快速发展,电信运营商面临着日益激烈的市场竞争.为了更好地满足客户需求和提高服务质量,运营商迫切需要一种方法来全面了解其客户.该文提出了一种名为3*3客户视图的概念,旨在解决这个问题.3*3客户视图涵盖了连接、终端、应用和AI智能整合等维度,为运营商提供了有关客户偏好、行为和潜在价值的宝贵洞察.

Abstract

With the rapid development of telecom industry,telecom operators are facing increas-ingly fierce market competition.In order to better meet customer needs and improve service quality,operators urgently need a way to fully understand their customers.This research paper proposes a concept called the 3*3 customer view,which aims to solve this problem.The 3*3 customer view covers connectivity,endpoints,applications,and AI intelligence integration,pro-viding operators with valuable insights into customer preferences,behavior,and potential value.
