Ntelligent Supervision Method for Environmental and Water Conservation of Transmission Lines Based on Remote Sensing and GIS
Traditional regulatory methods are time-consuming,costly,and have low accuracy. This article proposes an intelligent regulatory method for environmental and water conservation of transmission lines based on remote sensing and GIS.Firstly, image recognition processing is carried out using GIS and remote sensing technology to calculate the multi-scale features of C.Using multi band water index(MBWI)method to analyze scale features, establish MBWI moni-toring and water analysis models. On the basis of feature extraction and fusion,a unified water index analysis method is used to construct a spectral feature difference distribution map of water body changes involved in the transmission line.Through feature extraction and fusion of the u-nified water index analysis method, the normalized water body index(NDWI)of the transmis-sion line is calculated, and water body information is determined through water body index judgment for intelligent supervision of water bodies involved in environmental water conserva-tion in the future,Finally, conduct environmental and water conservation monitoring and verifi-cation in the regulatory area.To verify the effectiveness of this method,a comparative experi-ment was designed to compare the intelligent supervision method with indicators under simple equipment supervision and manual supervision. The comparison showed that the intelligent su-pervision method for environmental and water conservation of transmission lines based on re-mote sensing and GIS has more development potential than simple equipment supervision and manual supervision methods.
