Resource allocation strategy in cellular networks based on total energy ef-ficiency guarantee for D2D users
In cellular networks based on Device-to-Device(D2D)communication,we propose a resource allocation strategy based on total energy efficiency guarantee for D2D users. Our goal is to maximize the system transmission rate and,at the same time, guarantee the total energy effi-ciency of the target D2D users. In the first phase of our proposed strategy,a weighted bisection matching algorithm is used to maximize the system transmission rate, and the demand can be sat-isfied in the first phase even when the target D2D user total energy efficiency demand is low,but it is necessary to go to the second phase when the D2D user total energy efficiency demand becomes high. Therefore,in the second phase,we first use the weighted bisection matching algo-rithm to maximize the D2D user total energy efficiency and obtain the initial reuse strategy, and then use the local search technique to improve the initial reuse strategy.Simulation results show that the proposed policy can guarantee the D2D user total energy efficiency and obtain a higher system transmission rate performance gain compared to the existing benchmark policy.
