Research on Knowledge Transfer Mechanism of Smart Libraries Based on Web3.0
The author firstly clarifies that there is a deep-seated demand for knowledge produc-tion,knowledge innovation and knowledge synergy in smart libraries,secondly explores the knowledge production process of smart libraries by using the SECI model,clarifies the knowl-edge transfer process,puts forward the influencing factors of smart libraries in the process of knowledge transfer,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies;and finally establishes a knowledge transfer innovation mechanism for smart libraries based on the characteristics of the Web3.0 technology,in order to promote the core competitiveness of knowledge services.In or-der to promote the knowledge innovation of smart libraries and realize the goal of smart libraries to enhance the core competitiveness of knowledge services.
