应用5G技术实现换电柜远程监控管理的实践

中国铁塔于2019年6月成立全资子公司——铁塔能源有限公司,将通信基站的电力保障能力向社会延伸,铁塔能源依托遍布全国的200多万座基站资源的核心竞争优势,加快能源业务布局.其中铁塔能源湖北公司更是优秀代表,目前湖北铁塔能源换电柜遍布省内所有地级市,部署换电网点超过3000个,服务用户规模已突破4万个,市场占有率超50%,日均换电次数超过10000次,已成为湖北地区规模最大的轻型电动车换电运营商.但是随着业务的不断扩大,不断出现市电不稳、突发断电等情况,急需一套可管可控的换电柜远程监控管理系统来保驾护航.文章探讨利用5G技术搭建换电柜远程监控管理系统的基本架构,提出并分析了具体应用方向以及相应的经济价值、社会价值,并对该系统在将来的推广应用做了展望.
Discussion on Applying 5G Technology to Achieve Remote Monitoring Man-agementon Power Exchange Cabinet
China Tower established a wholly-owned subsidiary-China Tower Energy Co.,Ltd.in June 2019 to extend the power guarantee capacity of communication base stations to the society.China Tower Energy speeds up the layout of energy business based on the core competi-tive advantage of more than 2 million base stations across China.Among them,ChinaTower En-ergy Hubei is an excellent representative.At present,Hubei China Tower Energy has spread its power exchange cabinets in all prefecture-level cities in Hubei with more than 3000 charging outlets deployed,and serve more than 40000 users,and the market share has exceeded 50%,and the average number of power exchanges per day has exceeded 10000.It has become the largest light electric bicycle power exchange carrier in Hubei.However,with the continuous expansion of business and the continuous occurrence of city power instability and sudden power failure,there is an urgent need for a manageable and controllable remote monitoring management sys-tem of power exchange cabinet to escort.This article discuss a basic framework of remote moni-toring management system relying on 5G technology on power exchange cabinet,and come up with several specific directions of application with their commercial value and social value,and forecast the extension of this system in the future.
