在移动运营商的家庭业务领域,早期一线人员面临营销对象的定位难、营销内容的匹配不佳、潜在需求难挖潜等问题或不足.基于此,文章特对此展开研究,提出了基于家庭融合模型的场景化推荐能力.端到端的业务推荐能力,采用基于用户画像的智能识客、基于场景适配的精准触客、基于产品推荐的高效促单、基于客户满意度提升的持续维系等手段,实现传统市场"个人"营销到"家庭"营销的转变.
Research on scenario-based recommendation ability based on family inte-gration model
In the field of home business of mobile operators,early front-line personnel face prob-lems or deficiencies such as difficult positioning of marketing objects,poor matching of market-ing content,and difficult tapping of potential demand.Based on this,this paper carries out re-search on this,and puts forward scenario-based recommendation ability based on family integra-tion model.End-to-end business recommendation capability,using intelligent customer recogni-tion based on user portrait,accurate customer contact based on scene adaptation,efficient order promotion based on product recommendation,continuous maintenance based on customer satis-faction improvement and other means to achieve the transformation of traditional market"per-sonal"marketing to"family"marketing.
