Researchon the Construction and Application of the Novel National-level In-ternet Exchange Center
The novel National-level Internet exchange center is a national-level network infra-structure which is established by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MⅡT).It aims to optimize the top-level structure of interconnections between networks in China,which can bring in flat network interconnections across entities,regions,and levels.With an a-nalysis of the background,characteristics,and current development status of the construction,and in view of the existing experience,a research proposal of optimal positioning and operation and maintenance is proposed for the construction of new exchange center within the region.Andthe impact and opportunities of the proposal brought to operators is also studied in this paper.
