A Review of Research on Fingerprint Liveness Detection Systems Based on Deep Learning
Fingerprint liveness detection is a key research direction in fingerprint recognition sys-tems and holds significant importance for the security of biometric authentication systems.This paper reviews and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing fingerprint liveness de-tection methods based on deep learning,and provides a comprehensive summary.Firstly,the drawbacks of traditional fingerprint liveness detection systems are introduced,followed by a summary of existing fingerprint liveness detection algorithms from the perspectives of image preprocessing and deep learning networks.Finally,based on the discussion above,the future directions and trends of fingerprint liveness detection research are explored.
