"三断"环境下应急指挥通信系统设计与实现

近几年来,随着自然灾害的频发,应急指挥通信的技术要求不断提高,特别是在电力中断、道路中断、通信中断的情况下,为此提出了"三断"环境下应急指挥通信系统设计与实现.通过应急指挥通信终端和应急指挥调度器的设计,完成了系统的硬件设计.在系统的软件设计中,利用通信信息传输通道的干扰指数,计算出通信信息传输的带宽,通过确定通信信息传输节点的队列长度,计算出系统在传输应急指挥通信信息时的总负载,实现"三断"环境下的应急指挥通信.系统测试结果表明,传感器节点移动的距离和传感器的感知半径对文中系统的影响比较小,具有较高的通信效率.
Design and Implementation of Emergency Command and Communication System in"Three Breaks"Environment
In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of natural disasters,the technical require-ments of emergency command and communication have been continuously improved,especially in the case of power interruption,road interruption and communication interruption.Therefore,the design and implementation of emergency command and communication system in the"three interruptions"environment are proposed.Through the design of emergency command commu-nication terminal and emergency command dispatcher,the hardware design of the system is com-pleted.In the software design of the system,the bandwidth of communication information transmission is calculated by using the interference index of communication information trans-mission channel,and the total load of the system when transmitting emergency command com-munication information is calculated by determining the queue length of communication infor-mation transmission nodes,thus realizing emergency command communication in the"three outages"environment.The system test results show that the moving distance of sensor nodes and the sensing radius of sensors have little influence on the system in this paper,and the communi-cation efficiency is high.
