Design of a Low Delay Special Ship Digital Video Surveillance System
This Aritcle propose a method which can reduse the video trans time in the design of special ship's video monitor system.the method resolved two key problem in the design of spe-cial ship's video monitor system:high time-consumtion of video transfer and use local chip to process the digital video.the resolution of above-metioned will privde the idea about the digit-al video application localiztion and speed up the process of chip's localiztion.
