Online Recruitment Management System based on Natural Language Processing
This paper introduces a method for solving recruitment and job application manage-ment problems using natural language processing techniques.We propose three algorithms to ad-dress the challenges of resume screening,interview evaluation,and candidate recommendation.Experimental evaluations are conducted within a real-world online recruitment and job applica-tion management system.The results demonstrate that our algorithms outperform the baseline algorithms and exhibit better performance and effectiveness across all three tasks.
