地级市电力系统新一代变电集控站通信系统设计与实现

随着技术进步和智能电网建设,现有变电运维模式已无法满足未来业务发展需求,十堰电网拟开展新一代变电站集中监控系统建设.文章结合集控站业务需求,从光缆网络、传输网络、业务网络和支撑网络四个方面,提出了地市集控站通信系统设计和实现方法.该方案建成承载生产控制类的SDH网和承载管理信息的光纤网,数据网采用裸纤旁路,较好地适配集控站数字化业务发展需求,展现出较强的前瞻性和可拓展性,具有一定的借鉴意义.
Design and Implementation of Communication System of New Generation Substation Centralized Control Station in Prefecture-level City Power Sys-tem
With the progress of technology and the construction of smart grid,the existing power transformation operation and maintenance mode can no longer meet the needs of future business development.Shiyan Power Grid plans to carry out the construction of a new generation of sub-station centralized monitoring system.According to the service requirements of the central con-trol station,this paper gives the design and implementation of the communication system of the local market central control station from four aspects:optical cable network,transmission net-work,service network and support network,which has certain reference significance.
