自动化集装箱码头IGV无线通信系统双远端冗余方案的研究及应用

传统码头通常采用的光纤以及WiFi等通信方式存在建设和运维成本高、稳定和可靠性差等问题.针对IGV(Intelligent Guided Vehicle,智能导引运输车)运行控制网络的高可靠性要求,提出了采用5.xGHz移动无线接入系统,并配置双远端冗余的方案,在北部湾港钦州自动化集装箱码头[1]通过部署测试,验证了该方案可保障同时有两条链路与中控室接通,当一条链路因外界因素而导致中断时,可在50ms以内迅速切换至备用链路,实现IGV与中控室之间稳定、可靠的无线通讯.
Research and Application of Dual Remote Redundancy Scheme for IGV Wireless Communication System of Automated ContainerTerminal
The communication methods commonly used in traditional docks,such as optical fiber and WiFi,have problems such as high construction and operation costs,poor stability,and relia-bility.In response to the high reliability requirements of the IGV(Intelligent Guided Vehicle)operation control network,a plan is proposed to adopt a 5.xGHz mobile wireless access system and configure dual remote redundancy.Through deployment testing at the Qinzhou Automated Container Terminal in Beibu Gulf Port,this plan has been verified to ensure that two links are connected to the central control room at the same time.When one link is interrupted due to ex-ternal factors,It can quickly switch to the backup link within 50ms,achieving stable and reliable wireless communication between the IGV and the central control room.
