The Construction of Concept System Model for TBO-orientedAir Traffic Management
The unified operation standards and specifications are the much-needed foundation of Trajectory Based Operations(TBO),which is a significant and systematic project for civil avia-tion.Currently,the existing problems in the air traffic management(ATM)system have a big impact on the construction and development of TBO,which contains relatively segmented oper-ation patterns,separated information sharing,and isolated system construction.As to these prob-lems,this work proposes a general concept model construction method,which can be used to guide the concept system modeling for the future ATM under TBO patterns.The enhancement of TBO concept recognition can provide the technology support for the subsequent business-re-lated informalization.
