Improving Performance of Pseudolite Positioning Systems Using Pairs of Transmitter
Pseudolite positioning is effective in solving the positioning problems where GNSS are challenged. However,in challenged occasions, the measurements'statistical characteristics of navigation receivers are complex due to lack of direct signals.Using pairs of pseudolite transmit-ters can improve availability of direct signals thus reduce positioning errors which also propose a new challenge for positioning algorithms.Toward this problem,a positioning algorithm is pro-posed in this work.In the proposed algorithm, pairs of pseudolite transmitters are explored to e-liminate measurement errors, and still, measurement power matrix are adapted at run time to fast trace instant change of measurement error statistics.Simulations are conducted, the results show that the proposed algorithm outperfors existing algorithm significantly.
